WHO I AM
Meet TJ MCGRAW

I got into fitness back in middle school when I couldn’t do a single pull-up. Two years later, I could do 20—and that progress lit a fire in me. I grew up playing sports, but wasn’t naturally athletic. Watching others outpace me pushed me to work harder, and that mindset stuck.
I joined the Army National Guard at 17, and it was there I learned discipline, resilience, and how to lead. After coaching guys in my unit and friends back home, I realized my passion was helping others build a lifestyle they’re proud of.
Since launching my coaching program in 2021, I’ve focused on real results—no fluff, no gimmicks. Just consistent effort, smart planning, and daily wins. My mission is to teach you how to train, eat, and live in a way that lasts far beyond this program.
