Throughout the program, my goal will be simple! I want to help you create a structured set of goals you want to reach!
Each week we will be going over those goals while I help you with tips and tricks along with knowledge in order to build your productivity and success in your field of work or school!

1 on 1 Coaching Experience
The main focus while being your coach will be to provide knowledge and accountability in order for you to leave the program knowing what to do and how to do it.
We will have weekly calls to make sure you are keeping up with the program and answer ANY questions you have throughout that week!
For me It’s been a tough few months due to my job. Most weeks I can’t get a full weeks workout, but I’ve been able to get 3 days in. On the days that I do workout I try get the most out of it. Though it’s not a lot I am seeing the results and I know I will eventually get to my goal. Plus the macro master does really help with that too. I like how you change up the routines to work to what we’re looking for and have it fit within our schedule. You’ve change my routine a few times now and I really appreciate the help!

Before I entered the program I knew I needed help. I had the motivation, but wasn't able/willing to challenge myself enough and in the right way. I had let my self go after an accident i 2020, and had reached a point where I wanted to improve, become stronger.. become healthier. First eye-opener in the program was to have someone to expect me to put an effort into it, follow the training schedule and eat a healthy balanced diet, tracking my intake of protein, carbs and fat. Next eye-opener was something as simple as drinking water, almost immediately after beginning drinking one gallon of water per day, I felt better. Throughout the process accountability has been a keyword, it has been and is important for me to know that TJ is holding me accountable for my progress through weekly check-in calls, based on my reports to him. Periodic changes in the program with different and more demanding routines, but also reduction of intensity when needed, has kept the training balanced and ensured progress. And finally I myself now feel more responsible and completely invested in the process. My favorite aspects are always having access to help and guidance, and the positive motivation TJ provides
ABOUT TJ MCGRAW
My business as a 1 on 1 online coach has been built entirely throughout my past. All of my knowledge comes from the past 5 years I have been working out and growing into who I am today. This led me to my passion for guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle.
Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and your future as well as provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to build your future outside of this program.
WHO I AM
A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your Personal Trainer, I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout.
Personally, I grew up always being the one kid being out of shape and unable to perform like the people around me could. What changed my life was committing to a training program early on. I might not have ended up as good as I wanted to be by the end, but looking back I now realize that was the turning point in my life. I successfully boosted my life in the health and fitness world.
